Marlena inquired about John’s location, while Steve sought information regarding John’s assignment. Later, Shane shared the news that John’s supervisor had misplaced him in Estonia.
Later on, Theresa and Xander encountered each other in Horton Square. She informed him that she had served her time and was no longer behind bars. In response, Xander discussed the possibility of collaborating with Philip and emphasized that he was a genuine person. Eventually, Theresa apologized to him for her involvement with Konstantine. Xander then advised her to keep her distance from Sarah, Victoria, and Maggie.
In the same episode, Stephanie awoke to discover Alex already in the living room, anticipating her arrival. Meanwhile, with Joy being heavily pregnant, she unexpectedly knocked on Stephanie’s door, seeking the identity of her unborn child’s father.
Later, Stephanie awoke with the understanding that what she experienced was a terrifying dream. Her partner, Alex, reassured her that Joy’s pregnancy was merely an unsettling illusion.
Later on, Philip and Stephanie crossed paths and he inquired if she could inform Alex that he had falsified Victor’s letter. She voiced her concern that revealing this would bring harm to all parties involved. Meanwhile, Xander was lurking nearby, hidden behind a tree, trying to eavesdrop on their conversation. Ultimately, Philip and Stephanie decided not to disclose anything about the situation to Alex.
In this episode, Steve and Marlena return to their hotel room in Washington D.C., discussing a trip to Estonia. Marlena expressed her faith in Shane, but harbored lingering doubts about his honesty. Later, Shane chose to contact Theresa again, receiving information that was clearly unwelcome for her.
