Instead, following her talk with the cat, Gabi and Susan engage in a heated discussion. Susan alleges that Gabi was involved in EJ’s shooting, claiming she was present at the scene. In simpler terms, after Chad rescued EJ, he expresses gratitude and struggles to remember the details of that fateful night when the shooting occurred. All he can recall is Belle being around, but nothing else stands out. He also has a vague memory of Chanel being present, yet he’s unsure why she was there.

While discussing adoption, Chanel voices her uncertainty due to EJ’s circumstances and Johnny’s feelings. However, a change occurs when Amy drops by and shares they are on board with the decision. Consequently, Chanel and Paulina move forward and sign the adoption documents.

Towards the end of the show, Gabi is seen pondering over the night when EJ was shot and recalling her vigil in the garden armed. She insists that Susn couldn’t have known about any actions Gabi might have taken on that particular night.
