I just saw the first teaser for season two of Daredevil: Born Again, and it looks amazing! It’s giving us a sneak peek at all the action and drama to come. As a fan, I’m so excited to see Matt Murdock back in action, building a team to take on Wilson Fisk. It’s wild to see Fisk as the mayor of New York and creating this Anti-Vigilante Task Force to go after heroes like Daredevil. Can’t wait!
Charlie Cox is back as Daredevil (Matt Murdock), continuing the role he played in the original Netflix series and previous Marvel projects. Vincent D’Onofrio returns as Fisk, and many original cast members are also back, including Margarita Levieva, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Wilson Bethel, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki M. James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, Ayelet Zurer, and Tony Dalton. This season welcomes new cast member Krysten Ritter.
Marvel Studios is producing the series, with Dario Scardapane as showrunner. Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are the main directors, and Solvan Naim, Angela Barnes, and Iain B. MacDonald each directed several episodes as well.

Work on the new Daredevil series started in March 2022, and it was officially announced as Born Again with a planned first season of 18 episodes in July 2022. However, Marvel Studios decided to significantly revise the show during production in late September 2023. Directors Scardapane, Benson, and Moorhead were brought on board to rework the series, and the original season was divided into two shorter seasons. Filming for the second of these seasons took place in New York from February to July 2025.
Season two will debut on Disney+ on March 24, 2026, with eight episodes. It’s part of the sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and a third season is already planned, confirmed in September 2025.
