In Episode 11 of Dandadan, titled “First Love,” the story unfolds further as Seiko reveals that Jiji is temporarily living with them because his parents were hospitalized due to some mysterious supernatural occurrences. As a result, Jiji joins Momo and Okarun’s school, which ignites feelings of jealousy in Okarun, as she witnesses the growing friendship between Jiji and Momo.
In the process of keeping his distance, Okarun unexpectedly bumps into Taro, an intelligent mannequin. He then calls upon Momo for assistance. Since Taro may have Okarun’s lost kintama, the trio consisting of Okarun, Momo, and Jiji pursue him to a scrapyard. Eventually, Taro reveals his affection for another model named Hana, which prompts Okarun to continue pursuing Momo in Dandadan Episode 11.
