The bond between Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin seems to be thriving more than ever, primarily due to the break they took together earlier in the year.

As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but be intrigued by the buzz surrounding Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin that surfaced on August 28, 2024, in a report published by Us Weekly. The news suggested that they had parted ways earlier in the year, right before Dakota, then 34, dived into the whirlwind of the Madame Web press tour.

Johnson and Martin, 47, began dating in 2017 after meeting through a friend.

Back in March, it was revealed by an exclusive source to the mentioned publication that the couple has been engaged for some time now, but they’re not ones to broadcast their relationship milestones publicly. The insider further stated that Jamie Dornan, known for his role in Fifty Shades, and Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay, aren’t in a hurry to tie the knot and haven’t set a wedding date as of yet.
