Disney+ is expanding the cast of Percy Jackson and the Olympians for season 3, with Dafne Keen (known for her roles in Deadpool and Wolverine) and Saara Chaudry (from PAW Patrol: The Movie) joining as regular characters.
New Characters in Season 3
In a simple rewording: Keen has been chosen to play Artemis, the Greek deity associated with hunting. Chaudry, on the other hand, will embody Zoë Nightshade, a significant figure from “The Titan’s Curse,” the third book in Rick Riordan’s “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series. This upcoming season is inspired by this particular novel.
The casting news was shared through the show’s official Instagram account.

Season 3 Moving Forward Before Season 2 Launch
In March, before even the second season’s debut on December 10th, Disney+ announced that they were renewing the series for a third season. The filming of season 2 has been completed already, and the addition of new cast members suggests that work on the upcoming season is already in progress.
In Season 3, we’ll delve deeper into Greek mythology by introducing additional characters such as Artemis’ Hunters. The character Zoë Nightshade will have a significant part to play in the storyline and is likely to be pivotal for the developments of this season.
