CD Projekt RED plans to roll out update 2.3 for the game “Cyberpunk 2077” on July 17, 2025, which will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The Nintendo Switch 2 edition requires a little extra cooking time before its release.
In the upcoming version 2.3, you’ll find the standard assortment of bug fixes and enhancements for a better user experience, plus a wealth of new content. This fresh material encompasses various new vehicles and customization choices. The majority of these new vehicles will be obtainable via new quests, although one can be purchased instantly. Moreover, all cards now feature an automatic driving function, enabling you to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
Similarly, the developers have enriched photo mode with numerous fresh features, expanded wardrobe choices for main characters, and introduced more diverse NPCs to offer a wider variety of engaging photo possibilities.
If you’re not fully at ease with self-driving, a fresh taxi service within the game is also an option to get you to your desired location.
For PC gamers, exciting new technical features like AMD FSR 4 are now accessible for experimentation. Meanwhile, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology will be compatible with consoles, enabling smoother gameplay on suitable displays by adjusting the refresh rate in sync with the game’s frame rate.
Naturally, the developers took this chance to hide some new secrets in the open world as well.
