As a passionate film buff, let me share some fascinating tidbits about one of my favorite characters from the Pokémon universe – Eevee! This Normal-type creature made its debut in Generation I.
In Pokemon games starting from Generation II, excluding FireRed and LeafGreen, Eevee can transform into Espeon when it levels up while having a strong bond of friendship, specifically during daytime, unless it’s in an area with a Moss Rock or Ice Rock, or if it knows a Fairy-type move. However, in Pokemon XD, Eevee can evolve into Espeon by leveling up with high friendship and having a Sun Shard in your bag.
In the versions of Pokemon starting from Generation II, excluding Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, Eevee can transform into Umbreon when it levels up while having high friendship and during the nighttime, but not in areas with Moss Rock or Ice Rock, or if it knows a Fairy-type move. An exception is made in Pokemon XD, where Eevee evolves into Umbreon when leveled up with high friendship and a Moon Shard in its inventory.
In the games from Generations IV to VII, Eevee transforms into Leafeon when it levels up close to a Moss Rock or after being exposed to a Leaf Stone, and turns into Glaceon when it’s near an Ice Rock or after receiving an Ice Stone. However, in Generation VIII, Eevee evolves into Glaceon by being exposed to an Ice Stone. In the case of Sylveon, it transforms when Eevee learns a Fairy-type move and either has two levels of Affection (Generations VI and VII) or high friendship (Generation VIII), but only if it’s not in an area with a Moss Rock or Ice Rock.
Eevee has a Gigantamax form. Eevee with the Gigantamax Factor cannot evolve.
Eevee serves as the mascot and starting Pokemon in “Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!”, and it also plays a significant role for the main characters in both “Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness” and “Pokémon Conquest”. In “Pokémon Café Mix”, it is your initial Pokemon and employee. Interestingly, in “Pokémon Yellow”, Eevee was intended to be the player’s starting Pokemon but was instead given to the rival.

In the video game series, Pokemon, Oshawott is a Water-type character that made its debut in Generation V. After reaching level 17, Oshawott transforms into Dewott, and then changes again at level 36 to become Samurott. In simpler terms, the original form of Shaymin transforms into Sky Forme, which is a Grass/Flying type. However, Sky Forme reverts back to its Land Forme either during the night or when it’s frozen. There are other situations that might also trigger this transformation reversal.
