The narrative unfolds amidst a 4th of July festivity, focusing on Tommy Taffy, a sinister character who assumes a human form to penetrate a peaceful suburban community. Upon gaining access, he establishes an oppressive regime over an unaware family, transforming their tranquil world into a living nightmare.

Witherow’s “The Third Parent” series initially took root in Reddit’s NoSleep forum, swiftly amassing a substantial fanbase. Since then, the series has grown to encompass numerous short tales and a full-length novel, cementing its status as a prominent work within contemporary horror literature.

Under the leadership of Walters, a company that’s fresh yet experienced, has swiftly made its mark on various significant productions. Previously serving as CEO at Bold Films, Walters was instrumental in creating critically praised films such as Whiplash, Nightcrawler, and Drive. Since launching his new label in March 2023, he’s been keeping busy with ventures like Maserati: The Brothers, featuring Anthony Hopkins and Jessica Alba, along with Classified, an action-packed thriller starring Aaron Eckhart and Tim Roth.

Michael, a seasoned independent film producer with a track record in movies such as “Surveillance”, “Puppy Love”, and “Signs of Love”, has previously held top positions at Lancet Media and 828 Productions. He is now making his directorial debut with the film “The Third Parent“.
