As a die-hard MCU fan with a soft spot for quirky characters and a deep appreciation for Kathryn Hahn‘s acting prowess, I am thrilled to see Agatha Harkness getting her own spinoff series! After stealing the show in WandaVision, I’ve been eagerly awaiting more of this witchy wonder.
Despite undergoing numerous title changes that have left us questioning its finality before the actual premiere, this highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe show, known as Agatha All Along, is set to debut on Disney+ with two episodes on September 18, 2024. The following seven episodes will be released weekly until November 6.
Kathryn Hahn’s portrayal of Agatha Harkness will soon star in her own show following a sensational MCU debut in “WandaVision,” and fans are eagerly awaiting to discover the character’s future now that she has been released. In fact, the excitement among fans is so high that it was recently reported that “Agatha All Along” is the most anticipated series of this month.
As the show is anticipated to be a success, let’s talk about its potential continuation. Could we possibly see more of Agatha Harkness in the future? Maybe in a significant Marvel Cinematic Universe film? Well, Kathryn Hahn has shared her thoughts on this topic, and we’re excited to share her response with you!
Agatha Harkness, a character from ‘WandaVision’, has been labeled as a scene-grabber and gained such widespread popularity that she will soon star in her very own series, debuting later this month. This tidbit was discussed by Hahn during a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine.
Isn’t it challenging to elevate a supporting character who often steals the spotlight into the main focus of an entire production, wouldn’t you agree?
I was about to point out, aren’t you referred to as a supporting character? [Laughs.] Absolutely, that’s accurate. Indeed, it’s quite an intriguing predicament. However, since the start, we’ve often teased each other that it would drive Agatha Harkness up the wall so much that she wouldn’t even get her own darn show.

In the same interview, Hahn additionally spoke about her potential role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and shared her preferences regarding Agatha’s appearance in a significant MCU film; this is what she expressed:
If given the choice, would you prefer Agatha to be a part of the major Marvel Cinematic Universe crossover films that are upcoming? Although I can’t confirm if any plans have been made, I’m curious about your thoughts.
In simpler terms, I don’t fear Mickey, but if asked, I might only respond if it’s essential and interesting. Who knows? Being a witch could be the most unexpected, ideal way into this world, and it has a bit of a wicked step-sister vibe, which I quite enjoy.

It’s clear that the door is open for Hahn to take on a role in an MCU film. Given her quirky persona, it seems fitting that the part would require some outlandish and unconventional elements, which mirrors her character. Could she be cast as a character in a Doctor Strange movie? Only time will tell!
