Ciara Reflects On Quality Time She Spent With Her Four Kids And Russell Wilson During Tour: ‘First Summer Wasn’t Too Bad’

As a dedicated follower of Ciara’s journey, I can’t help but admire the grace and resilience she exudes as a mother, wife, and superstar. Her recent experiences on tour with her family by her side are a testament to her ability to balance a thriving career with dedication to her loved ones.

As a devoted mom myself, I proudly shared my journey at the Baby2Baby Event aiming to combat maternal mortality on September 10, 2024. Speaking with PEOPLE, I opened up about having my loved ones accompany me throughout our summer travels.

For her “Out of This World” tour – The Missy Elliott Experience, the singer enjoyed herself immensely along with Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, and Timbaland. However, her happiness reached new heights when her husband, NFL star Russell Wilson, joined her on tour, accompanied by their children Sienna Princess (7 years old), Win Harrison (4 years old), Amora Princess (9 months), and Future Zahir (10 years old), whom she shares with her ex-fiancé rapper Future.

She mentioned that they were similar to delightful mini tourists, enjoying themselves immensely with Auntie, Missy, and Uncle Busta,” she said. “In other words, the atmosphere was simply electrifying.

“So I can say the first summer with four that wasn’t too bad,” she added. 

 

Beyond this, Ciara openly acknowledged that motherhood can often be hectic and draining. Yet, she expressed profound gratitude when her children and spouse joined her on the tour. It seemed to her that life was fulfilling, and she remains continually appreciative of the small pleasures it offers.

In the year 2016, Ciara and her husband Russell exchanged vows, and subsequently grew their family. Regardless of their hectic work commitments, they always make time to be with their kids, a fact that Ciara frequently expresses her gratitude for, particularly the backing she gets from Wilson.

 

In my own words, I’d say that I owe a great deal to my loved ones who help me stay rooted and balanced amidst the bustling whirlwind of my successful music career. As a committed mother and wife, they play an essential role in keeping me grounded, ensuring I can juggle both responsibilities effectively.

Apart from their successful careers, Ciara and Russell are recognized for their humanitarian efforts too. Together, they established the Why Not You Foundation, a platform that encourages young people and communities by providing educational resources and charitable programs.

Last month, the singer additionally posted a series of Instagram photos, taking a moment to appreciate her family’s travel adventures together.
