Céline Dion Hilariously Struggles to Get Siri to Play Her Recent Song as Virtual Assistant Keeps Suggesting My Heart Will Go On; WATCH

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for celebrity relatability, I find Céline Dion’s latest video struggle with Siri to be both amusing and heartwarming. It’s refreshing to see such an iconic figure grappling with technology just like the rest of us, proving that even global superstars can have their tech-tussles.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can’t help but empathize with the iconic Celine Dion, who recently shared a humorous video of her own tech struggles. Just like many of us, she found herself stumped when trying to explain to Siri exactly what she was after, demonstrating that even superstars have their techy trials and tribulations!

On November 12th (Tuesday), the singer, aged 56, humorously posted a video online where she tried unsuccessfully to get her digital assistant to play the 2024 rendition of Edith Piaf’s Hymne A L’Amour. Instead, Siri suggested playing her 1997 hit, My Heart Will Go On, by mistake.

The user asked Siri to play “Hymne A L’Amour” by Celine Dion. However, Siri couldn’t locate the song. Instead, it suggested playing “My Heart Will Go On,” another song by Céline Dion.

“No! Hello,” Dion said. “No, no, no.”

After another attempt, she once more addressed the Apple gadget, “Hey Siri, could you kindly play ‘Hymne A L’Amour’ by Celine Dion for me?

“I cannot find that track by Céline Dion, but here is My Heart Will Go On,” Siri responded again.

Falling into a fit of laughter, Dion told Siri, “Never mind!”

Later on, the star attempted to express her requirements using a firm French accent, hoping it could aid understanding. Interestingly, Siri picked up on this and played the desired song for Celine Dion.

Holding the phone in disbelief, the I’m Alive singer flashed a grin as she held a thumbs up.

At the 2024 Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony in July, Dion performed Edith Piaf’s “Hymne A L’Amour”, which was her first stage appearance following her diagnosis with Stiff Person Syndrome in 2022.

The condition, for those unaware, is a rare neurological disorder that causes muscles in a person’s body to spasm and become rigid, leading to difficulty with movement and posture. The exact cause of SPS is not known, but it is believed that the body’s immune system attacks the central nervous system, particularly the spinal cord and the areas responsible for muscle movement.

After Dion’s outstanding Olympics performance, she unveiled her authentic live rendition of the song in October.
