In an interview with Variety, Hoult said he felt honored to become one of the many actors who have portrayed Superman’s famous enemy.

Despite being one of the top-grossing domestic films of 2025, James Gunn’s Superman wasn’t nominated, a result Variety is calling a surprising omission. Warner Bros. did submit the film for consideration, but it didn’t make the cut.

The leaked footage shows Krypto appearing to urinate on a picture of Superman, Kara waking up with a hangover, and scenes that closely resemble the story from the Woman of Tomorrow comic book.

Following my first report on James Gunn, he publicly discussed his future with Warner Bros. Discovery, wondering if he’d still be there after the company was sold.

Wow, if the rumors are true, it looks like Marvel might be seriously rethinking everything that’s happened since Endgame! They could be completely changing the story and essentially hitting the reset button on that whole era. It’s pretty wild to think about!

As we previously shared, the movie Badlands is expected to lose $60 million or more after performing poorly in theaters. Even with a history of successful films and the return of director Dan Trachtenberg (who made Prey), the movie didn’t make enough money.

The new trailer offers fans their first look at Milly Alcock in action as Kara Zor-El, continuing the promotion of the film after its costumes and exhibit were shown at CCXP.
