Hideo Kojima and director Takayuki Sano revealed the news to a large audience at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. They also presented new concept art created by Ilya Kuvshinov, the artist behind Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045. The animation is being produced by Sano’s studio, E&H Production.
I just read an interview with Joe Manganiello where he said his character will be really important in the next movie! It sounds like James Gunn is definitely continuing the story from the end of Peacemaker Season 1, which is awesome.
