HALLOWEEN Gameplay Trailer Recreates the Iconic Film

Playing as Michael Myers in the new game includes a special ‘Shape Jump’ ability, letting you become temporarily invisible – mirroring his signature disappearances in the *Halloween* movies. The game itself is a collaboration between Compass International Pictures and Further Front, and will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (through Steam and the Epic Games Store) on September 8, 2026. Interestingly, September 8th is also *Star Trek* Day, commemorating the show’s 1966 debut. This release date is particularly fitting, as Michael Myers’ famous mask was originally a repainted William Shatner (Captain Kirk) mask – a connection that seems almost intentional.

SUPERMAN Cast and Crew Crack Themselves Up in Blooper Reel

The highlight of this blooper reel is definitely seeing James Gunn play Lex Luthor’s annoying, meme-creating social media followers. Considering Gunn has been the target of online harassment from overzealous fans, it was likely very satisfying for him. We also loved watching the cast playfully stumble around Mister Terrific’s ship, reminiscent of classic Star Trek scenes. And Nathan Fillion perfectly captured the look of Guy Gardner as drawn by Kevin Maguire in Justice League International, with his expressive facial expressions.

MARVEL’S WOLVERINE Video Game Debuts Super Bloody Gameplay Trailer

The film features appearances by both Omega Red and Mystique, and a huge Sentinel designed to hunt mutants shows up at the end. It’s still unclear if we’ll see many more *X-Men* characters make cameos, or if the story will focus solely on Wolverine’s adventures. However, a behind-the-scenes look suggests that the film will draw heavily from the comic books, with plenty of details for fans to discover.
