LABUBU Movie In the Works at Sony Pictures

Sony Pictures has reportedly obtained the rights to create films based on the Labubu characters, with plans for a movie and potentially a whole series. It makes sense – Labubu has a compelling story, and what’s really fascinating is the captivating effect these characters have on people.

Miles Teller Says One Person ‘F***ed Up’ 2015’s FANTASTIC FOUR

It’s a shame the movie didn’t do well, especially considering how much effort everyone put into it. It seems like one key person may have made a critical mistake that negatively impacted the final result. I recall watching it and immediately telling a studio executive that I feared it wouldn’t be successful.

New STAR TREK Movie in the Works, Will Be Unconnected to Previous Films

The upcoming Star Trek movie will be a fresh start, completely separate from any of the other Star Trek films Paramount has tried to develop over the last ten years. The last installment, Star Trek Beyond, didn’t perform well in 2016, and several subsequent movie ideas were never approved. This new film will feature an entirely new cast of characters. Based on the work of the filmmakers involved, it’s likely the movie will be funny, similar to their Dungeons & Dragons film, though it probably won’t be a straight-up comedy. Unfortunately, it probably won’t be released until after 2027, meaning it will miss Star Trek‘s 60th anniversary.

PLURIBUS Drops a ‘Grenade’ About the Hive Mind’s Biggest Weakness

The collective consciousness of Pluribus holds the knowledge, memories, and life experiences of almost everyone on Earth. This vast network, encompassing eight billion people, theoretically makes it the greatest expert in any field imaginable. However, the recent episode, “Grenade,” revealed a surprising flaw: despite its immense intelligence, Pluribus often demonstrates a lack of common sense and emotional understanding. This isn’t just a technical glitch; it poses a fundamental threat to humanity.

Christopher Nolan Shot More Than 2 Million Feet of Film for THE ODYSSEY

Christopher Nolan recently discussed his new, large-scale adaptation of the classic Greek poem with Empire magazine. He shared that this film was a passion project decades in the making, finally allowing him to realize a long-held vision. While Nolan was once considered to direct the 2004 film Troy, Wolfgang Petersen ultimately took on that role. He more than compensated for that missed opportunity with his latest movie, which involved 91 days of filming – and a massive amount of footage. “We filmed over two million feet of film,” Nolan revealed.

THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE Trailer Features Ice Spice as a Chatty Fish

The trailer also features a surprise appearance by rapper Ice Spice, known for her curly hair. Seeing her transformed into a talking fish was unexpected, but perfectly fits the silly spirit of a Spongebob movie. The trailer’s soundtrack includes Ice Spice’s new song, “Big Guy,” which seamlessly blends into a dramatic version of Ozzy Osbourne’s classic, “Crazy Train.”
