I just read the news – apparently, Johansson is going to be the lead in Mike Flanagan’s new take on The Exorcist! It’s a big relief after that Exorcist: Believer movie last year didn’t really hit the mark and killed any plans for a new trilogy. Thankfully, this new film isn’t connected to that one at all, but it is still set in the same world as the original. We don’t know exactly how it’ll tie into the books by William Peter Blatty yet, but honestly, I’m feeling good about this. Flanagan is amazing at bringing scary stories to the screen, so I have a lot of faith in him!

I was really impressed with the screenplay. They gave me a copy to read, but under strict conditions. I had to read it in a private office on a studio lot, and I signed a non-disclosure agreement. The pages were printed on bright red paper – they didn’t want anyone making copies or stealing it. Honestly, the story was amazing – it was like Shakespeare, but set in outer space. It was a truly well-written script.

So, I was watching this Vanity Fair video with Jordan, Austin Butler, and Paul Mescal, and they were reacting to viral videos. Jordan decided to show a clip from My Hero Academia season seven – a really intense moment where it looks like Bakugo bites the dust fighting Shigaraki and the League of Villains. Paul seemed interested, but a little lost, while Austin Butler immediately called out that it was a major spoiler for anyone who hasn’t seen the show! We loved seeing Jester and Fjord meet and quickly connect, and Caleb and Nott the Brave were incredibly endearing as they cautiously started a relationship—all while causing plenty of mischief! Beau was focused on her assignment, but Nott cleverly outsmarted her. And Mollymauk was happily enjoying life with his circus friends… until pretty much everyone else disrupted things. Oops!
