What Happened to Lee Shaw in the MONARCH Season 2 Premiere

Time flows very differently in Axis Mundi, the realm between the surface world and the Hollow Earth. For young Lee Shaw, just one week there felt like twenty years had passed on Earth. Even a few hours for Cate and May translated to two years back home – it’s a huge difference! Now, lost in the strange and shadowy forest of Axis Mundi, Shaw faces dangerous creatures and a difficult journey.

These Monsters Appear in MONARCH Season 2, Episode 1

Wow, the first season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters ended with a huge cliffhanger! Cate, May, and Keiko actually stepped out of Axis Mundi right into our world – 2017, to be exact – and where did they end up? Skull Island! You know, Kong’s home. They even teased a seriously upset Titan at the very end. So, does Kong show up in season two? Absolutely! The first episode kicks off with Kong going absolutely wild on a Monarch facility on Skull Island. And let me tell you, he’s not thrilled about these people messing around on his turf.

What Is the Seafaring Kaiju in MONARCH: LEGACY OF MONSTERS?

The group arrives in a seemingly deserted village. Bill Randa discovers a strange, prehistoric-looking creature—possibly part of a much larger animal—hanging in a local tavern and starts taking pictures. This upsets a villager, who clearly doesn’t want outsiders to know about it. After a brief altercation, the group realizes they’re unwelcome and decides to leave. However, a tavern worker who speaks English offers to lead them to a cave that might offer some explanations, with the condition that they leave town immediately afterward.

Netflix Bows Out of Warner Bros. Purchase, Paramount to Win

Last year, a wave of companies started trying to acquire one another, beginning when Warner Bros. Discovery unexpectedly announced it was for sale. Netflix quickly made an offer to buy WB and HBO Max for around $83 million. Shortly after, Paramount Skydance—a company formed by a recent merger—insisted it also be considered. When Warner Bros. Discovery initially turned down Paramount Skydance’s offer, they launched a very public attempt to take over the company against its will.

Molly Ringwald Joins YELLOWJACKETS Season 4 as Van’s Mom

Vicky is struggling with alcohol and dealing with past trauma. Last season, Van tragically died, and her mother will understandably be seeking answers. It’s hard to imagine how Tai will navigate this difficult situation. The future of Van’s unique vintage store is also uncertain. It will be fascinating to see Molly Ringwald play Van’s mother in Yellowjackets, especially given her age – she’s only 58 in real life. The show could explore Ringwald as Van’s mother dealing with the aftermath of her daughter being found after all these years.

Neve Campbell and Kevin Williamson Already Have SCREAM 8 Ideas

We didn’t expect Sidney to return only to be killed off, and honestly, it’s a bit tiring to announce another sequel before the current film even has its moment in theaters. It’s not a bad idea to plan for the future, but maybe keep that quiet from fans for now.

Forget Superheroes, Gen Z Wants More Soft Masculinity On Their Screens

Superheroes aren’t the problem, but the traditional, stoic ‘strong and silent’ type isn’t resonating with today’s young audiences. A recent report shows that kids and young adults (ages 10-24) overwhelmingly – by a ratio of five to one – prefer seeing fathers on screen who are loving, expressive, and enjoy being parents.
