This Fan Made STRANGER THINGS Work on a TV From 1983

This post really took off on Instagram, and we totally get why! It’s amazing to watch a show set in the eighties on an actual eighties-era TV. The intro music and those classic red letters appearing on the screen just feel perfect – like it was always meant to happen. The person who created this setup explains the process in the comments, but it’s a little complicated, so we won’t go into detail here. If you’re technically inclined and want to know how it was done, check out the link to the original post.

ANIMAL CROSSING Meets MARIO PARTY In This Incredible Fan Built Island

A big part of what makes Animal Crossing so fun is the freedom it gives you to be creative. You can build and design your own world however you imagine, and even share it with other players online. One island, recently shared on Reddit, is a stunning example of this creativity. It’s designed like the world of Super Mario, complete with three different game boards and over ten playable mini-games. The creator spent three years building it, and the result is truly immersive!

The Meaning of Dunk’s Sigil on A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS

According to the laws and customs of Westeros, only legitimate sons are allowed to inherit a knight’s coat of arms. While people understand Dunk inheriting the possessions – like the horses, armor, sword, and shield – of the knight he served, he isn’t allowed to display that knight’s symbol. He definitely can’t compete in the tournament carrying Ser Arlan’s silver winged chalice on a brown field. Luckily, Dunk recently encountered Tanselle Too-Tall, a puppet painter, who offered to create a design for his shield. True to form, Dunk hadn’t given any thought to what his symbol should be.

Every GAME OF THRONES Easter Egg in A KNIGHT OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS Episode 2

The dish “Hard Salt Beef” was a new experience for someone unaccustomed to such simple fare. Prince Baelor Breakspear, son of King Daeron II and Hand of the King for thirteen years, is the heir to the Iron Throne. His attendance at a tourney held at the relatively unimportant castle of Ashford, along with his brother Maekar, highlights the Targaryen family’s efforts to regain influence across the Seven Kingdoms. Nevertheless, Baelor’s presence is significant; he’s popular with commoners and highly regarded by nobles as both a skilled fighter and a competent leader.

Get a Better Look at Jason Momoa’s Lobo in SUPERGIRL

One of the biggest strengths is how closely the makeup and costume resemble Lobo from the comics. Jason Momoa also perfectly captures Lobo’s personality and energy – he even brought that same vibe to his role as Aquaman. However, the current visual style is a weakness. It’s overly bright and uses a lot of digital lighting, giving everything a yellow tint. It unfortunately reminds me of the final scenes from Joss Whedon’s Justice League. These shots don’t really feel like they belong in a big-budget movie, and even Momoa’s costume looks similar to what we saw on the Syfy show Krypton.
