All the Wild Developments in the ALIEN: EARTH Finale

It’s now confirmed that Atom Eins, Boy Kavalier’s most trusted advisor, is actually a synthetic being. Following Kavalier’s orders, Atom tries to offer Joe, the brother of hybrid Wendy, as a new host to the terrifying T. Ocellus, the eye monster. He locks Joe in a room with the sheep possessed by the eye, hoping the monster will transfer into him. However, Wendy arrives just in time to rescue her brother, after the eye monster violently escapes its previous sheep host. (Rest in peace to the judgmental sheep!)

ALIEN: EARTH Turned Xenomorphs Into Trained Pets

Earlier in the season, Wendy (Sydney Chandler) discovered she could communicate with the newborn Xenomorph held at Prodigy’s research facility. But the second-to-last episode revealed she can do much more than just talk to the alien-she can give it commands. She asked the Xenomorph to protect her and her friends from an incoming military attack, and it violently eliminated the soldiers. Wendy seems to be able to communicate by mimicking the specific sounds the Xenomorphs use, and this particular creature clearly likes and obeys her.

‘Wookiee of the Sea’: Scientists Name Furry Deep-Sea Coral After Chewbacca

I have to say, this new coral discovery is just… delightful! Back in 2006, researchers first spotted it near Moloka’i, and then again in the Mariana Trench in 2016. It’s a really unique coral – imagine long, shaggy branches that stand upright. Honestly, the first thing everyone thought when they saw it was Chewbacca from *Star Wars*. It’s got this shiny, almost furry look, and the resemblance is absolutely uncanny! They’ve officially named it *Iridogorgia chewbacca*, and it’s a perfectly fitting title.

Frankenstein Goes Gangster In Maggie Gyllenhaal’s THE BRIDE! Trailer

Maggie Gyllenhaal, the Academy Award-nominated director of *The Lost Daughter*, brings you *The Bride*, a fresh and daring reimagining of a classic story. They succeed in bringing a young woman back to life, and The Bride (Jessie Buckley, also an Academy Award nominee) is born. But the results are far more shocking than they expected, leading to murder, obsession, a surprising new cultural movement, and a passionate, forbidden love affair.
