It’s wild because Emma and Jordan actually *know* him – he used to work at Elmira with them! They’re really suspicious about how he jumped from staff member to dean without any real qualifications, other than being a superpowered individual. Honestly, for a while, it wasn’t even clear *what* his powers were, which just made everything even more confusing!
