Before Talamasca even premiered, co-showrunner Mark Lafferty hinted that a very attentive listener in episode five might catch a connection to another show playing in a bar – and that someone involved with Talamasca might even receive a royalty check as a result. This turned out to be true: Sam Reid will receive royalties because a song by The Vampire Lestat, called “Long Face,” is featured in episode five.

The controls are smooth, and the combat is surprisingly addictive. Everything, from jumping to reloading to sprinting, is designed to keep you in constant motion.
Sony Pictures has reportedly obtained the rights to create films based on the Labubu characters, with plans for a movie and potentially a whole series. It makes sense – Labubu has a compelling story, and what’s really fascinating is the captivating effect these characters have on people.

The upcoming Star Trek movie will be a fresh start, completely separate from any of the other Star Trek films Paramount has tried to develop over the last ten years. The last installment, Star Trek Beyond, didn’t perform well in 2016, and several subsequent movie ideas were never approved. This new film will feature an entirely new cast of characters. Based on the work of the filmmakers involved, it’s likely the movie will be funny, similar to their Dungeons & Dragons film, though it probably won’t be a straight-up comedy. Unfortunately, it probably won’t be released until after 2027, meaning it will miss Star Trek‘s 60th anniversary.
Fathom Entertainment is bringing the classic film Labyrinth back to theaters! To celebrate its 40th anniversary, a newly remastered 4K version starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly will be shown January 8-11. A special 4K Steelbook edition is also available. The theatrical event includes a featurette celebrating Labyrinth fans, filmed at the recent “Labyrinth Experience & Masked Ball” in the UK, presented by Thames Con in association with The Jim Henson Company.
