Shortly after Disney bought 21st Century Fox in 2019, they announced at CinemaCon that they were working on continuing the Maze Runner series with new projects.

Tom Cruise is famous for playing Ethan Hunt in the ‘Mission Impossible’ films, known for their realistic stunts and international spy stories. He’s also a celebrated pilot in ‘Top Gun’ and its sequel, featuring thrilling flight scenes. Many of his movies center around daring rescues and dramatic last-minute saves. Throughout his long career as a leading man, Cruise has consistently delivered box office hits and prioritized creating exciting, believable action.

The animated series ‘Haha, You Clowns’ premieres on Monday, October 20th. It follows a father and his three teenage sons as they navigate life and try to find humor and connection after a loss. Created by Joe Cappa, who also voices the entire family, the show uses a dry, quirky style to depict relatable, everyday moments – like family movie nights, accidental internet fame, and uncomfortable birthday celebrations. These situations are used to explore themes of grief, personal growth, and the strength of family relationships. The series is based on Cappa’s previous short films, ‘Smalls,’ and maintains a focus on character development and self-contained episodes.

The actor has confirmed he’ll be the voice of Rotta the Hutt, Jabba the Hutt’s son, in the new movie *The Mandalorian & Grogu*. This is the first time Rotta will appear in a live-action *Star Wars* project, following his debut in the 2008 animated film *Star Wars: The Clone Wars*.

Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker in this new film, alongside Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Tramell Tillman, Marvin Jones III, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Mark Ruffalo. It’s the next installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase Six and will be released in the United States on July 31, 2026.

Okay, so this game totally changes how you explore. The world feels completely connected, and you’re rewarded for just wandering around and checking things out. Everything feels connected – the way you fight, the weather, even cooking – and it all lets you come up with your own solutions to problems, which is awesome. Instead of big, traditional dungeons, there are tons of smaller shrines and little puzzles to solve everywhere, so you’re always making progress. And from the very beginning, you can climb almost anything and glide around with a paraglider, which makes getting around so much fun and gives you a real sense of freedom.

As a huge fan of true crime and compelling mysteries, I’m really excited about this new limited series. It’s based on the infamous, still-unsolved ‘Il Mostro di Firenze’ murders from Italy – a case that gripped the nation for nearly two decades, from 1968 to 1985. The show dives into the huge investigation, all the different suspects, and the theories that popped up over the years. It’s directed by Stefano Sollima, who also co-created it with Leonardo Fasoli, and stars a fantastic cast including Marco Bullitta, Valentino Mannias, and Francesca Olia. It’s a production from The Apartment and AlterEgo, with some seriously talented people like Lorenzo Mieli and Gina Gardini behind it. Paolo Carnera did the cinematography, and Alessandro Cortini composed the music. It’s premiering on October 22nd, and I’ve already marked my calendar!
