The Captain Henqua’s Treasure Map is located near the western coast of Calviger’s Landing, specifically at the Lighthouse. This location is easily identified as it’s the first area you’ll encounter in Avowed, and it’s just a matter of following the path from town towards the prominent lighthouse.

At approximately mid-height of the Lighthouse, you’ll find a platform housing a skeleton guarding a lootable map. Ascending further offers more treasures and an opportunity to jump off a diving board into the water, avoiding a descent by climbing.

As a gamer, I’ve stumbled upon a treasure map that gives a general hint about Captain Henqua’s loot. Thankfully, it’s not too far from where I found the map. To find the spoils, head north from the docks straight towards the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point or just next to it.

Observers should note a towering arch spanning a river, viewed from its southern vantage point. Then, take a plunge into the water and swim beneath to search for an underwater cavern. You’ll find it nestled close to the archway on the left side of the riverbank.

Venture deep into the cave, then emerge onto solid ground where a radiant treasure chest and an extraordinary Wind and Wave Shield – granting increased speed and frost resistance – are resting against the rocky wall, awaiting discovery.
