The artwork highlights Sam Wilson as Captain America and introduces the character of Red Hulk into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The cover versions coincide flawlessly with the approaching launch of ‘Captain America: Brave New World,’ where Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson assumes the lead role as Captain America. Meinerding’s designs offer fans a peek at the creative process, revealing how these legendary characters are brought to life on screen and merging the realms of comics and cinema in an enthralling manner.
The new ‘Sam Wilson: Captain America’ series commenced not long ago, featuring the collaboration of writers Evan Narcisse and Greg Pak alongside artist Eder Messias. This thrilling narrative finds Sam Wilson exposing a criminal organization concealed within an apparently progressive tech firm. Equipped with his iconic wings and shield, he’s on a crusade to dismantle them.
In the upcoming issue number 2 of ‘Sam Wilson as Captain America,’ you’ll find one of the limited edition cover variations available at comic book stores starting from February 12th.
The eagerly awaited ‘Red Hulk’ comic book series debuts in February, penned by Benjamin Percy and illustrated by Geoff Shaw. This action-packed series connects to Marvel’s grander ‘One World Under Doom’ storyline, where Doctor Doom seizes Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in Latveria for his military expertise.
