Bring Her Back Teaser: Talk To Me Duo Danny and Michael Philippou Unveil the First Look of Their Upcoming Horror-Drama

The dynamic duo, Danny and Michael Philippou from “Talk to Me,” have come back with another chilling dramatic production. Partnering with A24, they released a sneak peek of “Bring Her Back,” which has left viewers shuddering at its intense scenes.

As an overly enthusiastic fan, I can’t help but feel intrigued by the tantalizing glimpses offered in the trailer for “Bring Her Back”. However, it’s not until reading the official synopsis that the true essence of this movie unfolds: it’s a gripping tale centered around the complex bond shared between siblings.

In a foster home, a sibling pair uncovers methods for performing strange occurrences with supernatural overtones. The preview hints at scenes possibly captured on film, such as an overhead shot depicting a gathering engaged in prayer.

As the teaser unfolds, viewers observe Sally Hawkins placing a blood-stained hand on a windowpane, her complexion drained of color and showing no signs of life.

Beyond Hawkins, the ensemble of Bring Her Back features Billy Barratt, Sora Wong, and Jonah Wren Phillips. The screenplay for this upcoming movie was written by the Philippou brothers and Bill Hinzman. Notably, the film is predominantly filmed in Australia, a country that also serves as the directors’ homeland.

Simultaneously, the film “Talk to Me” directed by Danny and Michael Philippou experienced tremendous success. It received praise from critics at film festivals in both 2022 and 2023. The production company A24 purchased the film for a substantial sum, estimated to be in the millions.

Moreover, it’s worth noting that Talk to Me became the third most financially successful horror movie of the year, earning a staggering $92 million in ticket sales.

As for Bring Her Back, the movie is scheduled to hit theaters in May 2025.
