Brandi Glanville is asking for assistance as she battles a severe health issue that has caused significant changes to her facial appearance. The ex-star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills recently posted a troubling update on X (previously Twitter) on March 8th, detailing painful growths and an unpleasant, oily discharge from her face which she claims is causing harm to her teeth, according to People’s report.
In her message, she expressed that she has several tender masses: one near her jawbone, another on the side of her neck, and a third in the back of her neck. She also spoke about recurring chills, swollen lymph nodes, and persistent discomfort. Despite this, doctors at Kaiser have apparently informed her that she is healthy, which has left her feeling upset and seeking more explanations.
For several months now, Glanville has openly discussed her long-standing health issues. Previously, she expressed concerns about what she perceives as an unidentified “intruder” in her face. She’s invested over $70,000 on various treatments and consulted numerous medical professionals, yet none have been able to pinpoint the precise source of her symptoms.
On March 6th, she openly acknowledged that she’s been battling both physically and emotionally. In her own words, “I’ve been putting on a brave face, but I’m truly feeling wretched.” She further disclosed that her best friend has been in the Intensive Care Unit for two weeks, compounding her worries. “My appearance is worse than before. It seems as if it’s deteriorating rapidly,” she explained.
Glanville mentioned that when she received intravenous antibiotics and antifungal drugs at Cedars-Sinai, her health started getting better, but unfortunately, she couldn’t keep up with the treatment due to financial constraints. She went on to say that since the doctors at Kaiser didn’t have a clear understanding of her case, she was compelled to consult physicians outside her insurance network.
In an effort to find solutions, a star from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sought assistance from Dr. Terry Dubrow, renowned from Botched. She recently had biopsies performed on her neck and face, which excluded cancer, but she’s yet to receive the complete test results, which might take as long as six weeks. Despite this, Dubrow has commended her courage and is dedicated to identifying the source of her symptoms.
Glanville reports that no treatment has given a permanent resolution to the issue she’s experiencing. She explains that she senses an unidentified organism migrating within her facial area, likening it to “minuscule bubbles popping” on her skin. In her own words, she describes feeling as though this entity is either defecating or reproducing in her face.
After consulting multiple physicians without a definite diagnosis, Glanville expresses her dwindling optimism, stating, “I’m not counting on it anymore.
