Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise May NEVER Work Together Again, Here’s WHY We Say So

Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise are two of the most prominent figures in the entertainment industry, having collaborated only once in their careers – in the 1994 film “Interview with the Vampire”. Recently, Pitt has expressed a desire to work alongside Cruise again, but under one specific condition.

In an interview with E! News, the actor slated to appear in the forthcoming racing film F1 disclosed his condition for collaborating with Tom Cruise: he will participate only when Cruise performs ground-based stunts.

Tom Cruise frequently performs daring stunts in his movies, particularly in the Mission Impossible series and Top Gun films. At the age of 63, he was given the Guinness World Record title for completing 16 jumps involving burning parachutes during M:I 8.

Joseph Kosinski’s thoughts on reuniting Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise

Reports indicate that while Top Gun: Maverick was being edited in post-production, work on F1 was ongoing. The director expressed a desire at the time to bring together Pitt and Cruise for Ford vs. Ferrari, but the studios declined due to budget concerns, leading to Christian Bale and Matt Damon landing the roles instead.

Earlier, during an interview with GQ Magazine, filmmaker Kosinski shared his thoughts on what might have been if Tom Cruise had been cast instead of Brad Pitt in F1. He stated that “Tom consistently takes things to the extreme, yet he’s incredibly competent and highly skilled.

He commented, “Both of them possess an innate ability behind the wheel. To be honest, Tom might give us a slightly greater sense of apprehension.

As Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning continues its theater run, F1 will be released on June 27.
