Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have found themselves at odds in a courtroom dispute. The disagreement has grown more intense as each day passes, and now, the dates for depositions have been set.

After the court date was established, the attorney for the actress has issued two legal summonses to the publicists linked to the actor-director. On the other hand, Baldoni’s lawyers have requested a week’s extension to collect the necessary documents.

Beyond the stated court date, it has been disclosed in news reports that the case will progress to actual court proceedings. As stated by Lively and her legal team, the trial testimonies are considered crucial.
In simpler terms, they expressed that the most crucial point for a plaintiff’s narrative to unfold is during the court trial. Given this situation with Lively, it is anticipated that she will testify in her own trial, as would be expected.
In addition, Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s lawyer, shared with TMZ his anticipation for the opportunity to interrogate the actress from Another Simple Favor under oath.
He stated that she’ll need to offer proof, as well as the authenticity of her tales, and these proceedings for the It Ends With Us trial will commence in March 2026.
Simultaneously, a legal dispute arose in December 2024. This was initiated when the actress brought a lawsuit against her co-star and director, Justin Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment.
