Stephanie Jones, previously Justin Baldoni’s PR representative, is now issuing subpoenas. This development comes amidst the ongoing issues between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, and adds a fresh twist to the situation.
Approximately three weeks following Stephanie Jones’ lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, Melissa Nathan (of Crisis PR), Wayfarer Studios, and publicist Jennifer Abel (for defamation and breach of contract), Jones has decided to take legal action against multiple technology firms as well.
The founder of Joneswork is trying to gather details from technology firms about who made statements about specific topics to particular individuals.
According to Deadline’s report, these subpoenas are being served to various third parties, including corporations like WhatsApp, Signal, web hosting services Hostinger and Name Cheap, digital publication platform AnyFlip, and artificial intelligence chatbot company Gab AI.
According to reports, the court filings in New York suggest that they are requesting disclosure as it is believed that you have documents and communications relevant to the case at hand, such as details concerning the accusations made in the lawsuit mentioned above.
Stephanie Jones revealed in a lengthy text that Abel and Nathan had been secretly planning an attack on her business, Joneswork, over a prolonged period of time. According to the PR chief, their plan involved breaking multiple contracts, inciting breaches of contract, and stealing clients and potential business opportunities from her. This scheme was allegedly in operation for months.
