Black Panther Spin Off Series Eyes Of Wakanda’s New D23 Update Seemingly Hints At Return Of THIS Missing Marvel Hero

As a dedicated fan who has followed the MCU since its inception, I am beyond excited for the upcoming animated series, Eyes of Wakanda. The prospect of delving deeper into the rich history and action-packed universe of Black Panther is truly tantalizing.

As an utterly captivated enthusiast, allow me to express my fervor for the upcoming animated masterpiece, “Eyes of Wakanda.” This series, brimming with anticipation, promises a rollercoaster of mind-blowing action and storytelling that will transcend various timeframes within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Last year towards its conclusion, the announcement was made for this series, and it’s set to feature Iron Fist as well. This represents a substantial expansion in the narrative terrain of Wakanda.

At the D23 panel, Ryan Coogler and other creators suggested that the upcoming show may overlap with various chapters of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including secret cities. One of these hidden cities was referred to as being guarded by a man whose title relates to a glowing fist, potentially indicating Iron Fist’s introduction in Eyes of Wakanda.

As a lifestyle expert diving deep into the Marvel Universe, I can’t help but share my excitement about the upcoming spin-off series from Marvel Studios Head of TV and Streaming, Brad Winderbaum. He’s been building anticipation with tantalizing hints, and now he’s fueled the flames even higher by teasing what awaits us: “Get ready for action that will blow your mind, and storytelling so captivating it’ll take your breath away!” This series isn’t just a deep dive into Wakanda’s history; it also extends the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) across various time periods, offering an expansive, interconnected narrative that promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.

The mysterious eyes of Wakanda establish a connection with Iron Fist because both cities share a secretive essence that has been concealed within the Marvel Cinematic Universe for centuries. Similar to Wakanda, other hidden locales like K’un-Lun have remained undiscovered by many, and it is the Iron Fist who is bound to safeguard these places. Only every decade does K’un-Lun become accessible to those versed in its mysteries, thus forging a substantial bond between this city and Wakanda.

In the movie “Eyes of Wakanda,” we might see the origin story of a character resembling Iron Fist, yet it’s unclear if this is indeed Danny Rand, the main Iron Fist from Marvel Comics. Since the events in “Eyes of Wakanda” are set mostly in the past, it seems improbable that it’s Danny Rand, who lives in the present.

In other words, it’s possible that Iron Fist might get more attention in the upcoming Black Panther spin-off, Eyes of Wakanda. This could be a new iteration of Iron Fist, as the power is traditionally passed from warrior to warrior through specific trials. It’s unclear yet which version will appear, but this uncertainty only adds to the excitement surrounding the release of Eyes of Wakanda.

Finn Jones expressed his desire to reprise the role of Iron Fist and suggested that he’d prefer the character’s return in a “Heroes for Hire” television series, as it offers potential for growth.

He mentioned, “I believe that method would offer an exciting and enjoyable approach to reintroduce those characters once more. Working with Mike was a pleasure, as was the camaraderie between Danny and Luke on screen. I find it intriguing where this show can go creatively. If given the chance, I’d be thrilled to take on that responsibility again and continue developing these characters, aiming to create the best possible Iron Fist.”

As a devoted follower, I’m thrilled about Disney and Marvel Studios’ reboot of the X-Men ’97 animated series. The first season has already gripped audiences, with two more seasons in the pipeline. Marvel’s knack for resonating with their audience is evident in the first season, promising even more excitement ahead. Additionally, I can’t wait for the return of Wakanda, serving as a comfort to those who miss What If…?, which will conclude following its third season.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m excited to share some upcoming animated Marvel series that are set to captivate viewers! In the pipeline, we have the third season of Eyes of Wakanda, followed by Season 2 of What If…?, and another installment of X-Men: ’97. Among these, two standouts are Marvel Zombies and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man that you won’t want to miss!
