In the finale of Taylor Sheridan’s series, “Taylor Sheridan’s Landman,” there was an unexpected cameo by Andy Garcia. He portrayed the character, Galino, a shadowy cartel boss orchestrating the intrigue unfolding in the West Texas oil industry.

In a harrowing sequence, Garcia’s character rescues the character portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton (Tommy Norris), marking their first time sharing the screen together despite knowing each other for quite some time. Thornton opened up about working with Garcia, expressing his longstanding relationship but their previous lack of on-screen collaboration.

Despite having distinct styles, both performers share a comparable methodology in their acting. However, humorously, Thorton pointed out that Garcia appears more refined compared to him.

Viewers have often questioned the limited role of Demi Moore’s character, Cami, during the initial season. She primarily remained in a supporting position, being connected to Monty, portrayed by Jon Hamm, throughout most of the season, until Monty’s demise in the finale.
