This week’s live broadcast from Big Brother 27 has disclosed the nominees for elimination in week 5, the Power of Veto outcomes, and potential backup plans. Ava Pearl, the current Head of Household (HOH), has put forward Keanu Soto, Vince Panaro, and Zach Cornell as candidates for eviction, with Vince being her primary target.
From my fervent perspective as a dedicated admirer, it seems that, based on the chatter echoing in our shared abode, Ava’s intention was to shield Keanu, suggesting him not her preferred candidate for eviction. Intriguingly, should the Veto be employed, she appeared to have Morgan Pope penciled in as a potential stand-in nominee.
Power of Veto competition brings new scenarios
This week, Kat Woodman clinched her first Power of Veto title in a competition that also featured Ava, Will Williams, Keanu, Vince, and Zach. The contest included both rewards and consequences, with Vince being given an egg-related punishment, Will winning a trip to London, and Ava taking home $5,000 as her prize.
Following her victory, Kat decided to replace Zach on the blacklist. Will generously offered to step in for Zach, expressing his approval of this decision. “Will demonstrated respect towards me after our return from London,” Zach revealed on the live broadcasts.
Here’s what could happen next in week 5
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it like this: If Zach gets rescued, Ava will have to find another contestant to take his place in the competition. Morgan Pope has been suggested again, aligning with Ava’s earlier strategies. Will’s readiness to join the race might also influence her decision-making process.
Ava has emphasized multiple times that she wishes for Keanu’s safety throughout this week, which suggests that Vince is likely to be evicted next. However, the official decision will only be made certain during the forthcoming Veto meeting.
Who was evicted in week 4?
During week 4, it was Mickey Lee’s turn as Head of Household (HOH). Since Keanu repeatedly took himself off the block for a third consecutive time with the Veto, Mickey put Jimmy Heagerty up as the replacement nominee. The housemates debated whether to vote out Jimmy or Kelley Jorgensen in the upcoming eviction.
Rachel Reilly backed Ashley Hollis and Will Williams’ efforts to rescue Jimmy, whereas Zach Cornell remained on the fence about his decision. Some speculated that Kelley could amass influence by holding her ground.
In the real-time expulsion event, it was Jimmy who was ousted as nine other housemates decided to evict him. Rachel and Ashley opted to evict Kelley instead, but Ashley’s plea to alter her vote later on was turned down. Eventually, Jimmy bid farewell to the house with a count of 9 votes against him and 2 in his favor. It turned out during his exit conversation with Julie Chen Moonves that only Rachel and Ashley had chosen to keep him in the house.
