Spoiler Warning
9.
Kubyenka
Memory Of A Sieve

In the latter part of the storyline for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, following your establishment in Kuttenberg, you will be given a mission to reunite with the ethically ambiguous group known as the Dry Devils Gang, at the request of Zizka.
In the storyline that drives us forward, it’s Kubyenka, a man with a drinking problem, who initially appears as a lazy cliche. However, he soon endears himself to us and becomes a familiar, beloved character. Despite making frequent appearances throughout Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 during its mid/late stages, his most notable moment is chasing after his blurry recollections as he searches for hidden Pistoles in the forest.
8.
Godwin
Sinner’s Redemption

During the majority of your gameplay for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll predominantly be guiding Henry. However, there will be certain brief, more straightforward narrative segments where you’ll find yourself directing Godwin instead.
Godwin appears to be a layered personality, concealing depth beyond first impressions. He builds significant connections with various characters, but it’s his evolving bond with his father that forms the core of his character development as the story progresses towards its climax.
7.
Musa Of Mali
New Friendly Face In The Most Unlikely Place

One particularly nerve-wracking scene in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 unfolds as Henry and Katherine attempt to infiltrate Sigismund’s camp. Pitted against adversaries, Henry must convincingly portray alternate loyalties, simultaneously probing for clues amidst a tangled web of conspiracy and a mysterious assassination plot.
Although many characters introduced during this part are hard to like, Musa of Mali stands out as an exception. Accused of murder within the camp, Henry must collaborate with the healer to prove his innocence, which results in an unexpected partnership between them. Musa initially appears to be a unique character, and it’s satisfying to encounter him again throughout the narrative after this point.
This version preserves the original meaning while using more natural language and making it easier to read.
6.
Adder
What Did He Say?

The entire gang of Dry Devil’s outlaws are entertaining personalities, but Adder might be the most captivating among them. During his mission to reassemble these characters, Henry will have to rescue Adder just seconds before he is hanged for being discovered with another man’s spouse.
The Dry Devil’s band of misfits are all entertaining individuals, but it’s Adder who stands out as particularly engaging. To bring the group back together, Henry must free Adder on the brink of being hanged for his affair with another man’s wife.)
In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, while this isn’t the most turbulent scenario Adder encounters, it’s his unique linguistic quirk that keeps him engaging. Since he communicates in Polish, a language many characters can’t comprehend, there are amusing instances of one-sided dialogues due to subtitles translating his words.
5.
Katherine
Undercover Agent

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, one of the initial characters you’ll encounter is Katherine. However, understanding her completely may not happen right away. Throughout the first half of the game, you’ll often find Katherine in unexpected locations. It won’t be until around the midpoint that you’ll uncover where her true loyalties reside.
As your interaction with Katherine deepens, it becomes clear that you’re working together, and you’ll find yourself assisting her in a series of covert operations. Despite often needing to operate undercover, she never fails to showcase her vibrant character, making her an intriguing romantic prospect for Henry within the game.
4.
Samuel
Unlikely Connection

In many of the story missions within Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you frequently encounter new characters and form connections to aid Henry on his journey through the campaign. Some of these characters are crucial, while others may seem insignificant at first. For instance, when Henry quickly encounters Samuel in the Jewish quarter, it might appear he won’t play a significant role. However, this assumption couldn’t be more wrong.
Following some significant story twists and the eventual establishment of mutual trust between Henry and Samuel, it’s unveiled that these two characters are in fact half-brothers, stemming from a common father. The evolution of your relationship with Samuel, who plays a pivotal role in the game’s climactic scenes, is shaped by player decisions, thereby making him one of the most nuanced characters in the storyline.
3.
Rosa Ruthard
Thee Bookworm Of Bohemia

In the primary narrative of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the final significant romantic character you’ll encounter is Rosa Ruthard, who turns out to be much more competent than her noble status suggests. Despite initially appearing to have minimal importance in the story, she becomes a recurring figure for several quests. This allows Henry additional tasks and opportunities to develop a deeper relationship with her.
As a devoted fan, I must say that among Rosa’s many impactful scenes across her journeys, the standout moment for me is when she and Henry share a pivotal experience in their relationship. In this instance, my character assists Rosa in concluding a story within one of her books. This task offers an opportunity to infuse flirtation or humor, allowing you to shape the dynamic between us based on your personal preference.
2.
Hans Capon
Bromantic Partner

In most other games, Henry might be considered the main character. It’s not surprising then, that Hans Capon, who often joins Henry in mischief and is loyal to him, comes across as an engaging and lively character to observe.
In the narrative, Hans occasionally appears and disappears, yet his turbulent bond with Henry becomes strained during the early part of the game. However, this tension makes it more gratifying when their connection intensifies in the latter stages. The second act provides a sense of fulfillment as we witness the complexities of a relationship that was already heavily emphasized in the first installment being further explored and enriched in the sequel. Much like Rosa’s story, but with greater opportunities to shape it, you can influence the evolution of Henry’s connection with Hans – whether keeping it platonic or nurturing it towards a convincing romantic path.
1.
Henry
Feeling Quite Hungry

In many expansive role-playing games, players often find themselves controlling characters without much defined personality, allowing us to insert our own identity. However, Henry stands out as a unique protagonist, boasting a rich and authentic character development that makes him engaging to follow.
Despite being generally amiable, Henry’s character stands out due to the dialogue options that shape his actions, yet what truly makes him delightful is his exceptional voice-acting, with not a single line sounding mundane or unspoken. Many open-world games would be more engaging if they all featured leads as charming and entertaining as Henry.
