In a remarkable accomplishment, Bella Hadid earned another prestigious title. She was named the Rookie of the Year in the National Cutting Horse Association’s 2024 Limited Age Event (LAE). Her boyfriend, Adan Banuelos, couldn’t contain his pride and shared his joy over the news on December 5th.

Earlier this week, Hadid clinched the top spot and was recognized as the Reserve Champion in the Metallic Cat World Championship Futurity Limited Amateur category on December 3. Overjoyed with her victories, Banuelos expressed her admiration for her hard work on social media, stating that she had given it her utmost effort.

Banuelos took to Instagram to gush about his girlfriend, saying, “@nchacutting Futurity Limited Amateur Reserve CHAMPIONS! To say we’re proud would be an understatement. @bellahadid. First year out, Futurity Limited Am Reserve Champ, Amateur Rookie Of The Year.”

In less than a year, Hadid, aged 28, joined the elite cutting horse community and swiftly climbed to its pinnacle. According to People, she was recognized as the top-earning amateur in Limited Aged Events by the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA).

Jay Winborn, NCHA’s Executive Director, praised Hadid, noting that her dedication to both training and competition is obvious. Whether she’s not competing, she’s wholeheartedly encouraging her fellow cutting competitors and actively promoting the sport of cutting. We eagerly anticipate the expansion of her skills and enthusiasm for the sport, along with her equine partnerships.

In April, the model announced a break from modeling due to her personal health, and she began a fresh chapter in Texas. Her connection with Banuelos was first noticed in October 2023, when they were seen together in Fort Worth.

Speaking about herself, Bella Hadid expressed that this shift in surroundings and dynamics represents the initial instance where she’s truly embraced authenticity and prioritized self-care. The transformation has significantly boosted her happiness, a fact evident to those around her.
