EA and DICE have officially revealed the name of the Battlefield 6 battle royale mode: it’s called RedSec, which stands for Redacted Sector. This new battle royale experience will be available as a free-to-play game when Season 1 launches.
Battlefield 6’s new battle royale mode is generating a lot of excitement among fans. Fortunately, they won’t have to wait much longer to find out if it lives up to their expectations.

Battlefield RedSec will launch on October 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and the rest of the Season 1 content will be available soon after update 1.1.1.0 is released.
