Battlefield 6 is launching soon, and EA has announced when players can start playing. Unlike some other game releases, there won’t be any early access – meaning everyone on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S can begin playing at the same time.
Okay, so it’s a bummer for my fellow gamers in New Zealand – they’re usually the first to get new games, but this time they’re last in line. But hey, for us in America and Europe, it looks like we’re going to be able to jump right in and play the day it comes out! It’s a bit of a mixed bag, honestly.

Battlefield 6 launches on October 10, 2025, at 11 AM Eastern Daylight Time. To ensure a fair start for all players globally, everyone will be able to access the game simultaneously. Here’s a breakdown of what that means for different time zones:

PC players, Battlefield 6 needs Secure Boot turned on in your computer settings to work. Please enable it before launching the game to avoid problems.
