Following the events with Battlefield 2042, the community is leaning more towards “trust, but confirm” in their sentiments, and the upcoming beta for Battlefield 6 offers that chance. EA has announced two separate weekend open betas for the game, with the first one commencing within a few days.

BF6 beta – start times
In both instances, access to the beta version will be provided for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S users, ensuring that all platforms are included.
On August 7, 2025, at 8:00 am UTC, the gates of the first weekend will swing open, granting early access to everyone who pre-ordered the Phantom Edition. At this time, EA Play Pro subscribers and individuals participating in the Battlefield Labs tests will also be granted access.
