As a dedicated follower of Bad Bunny’s career, I must admit that I am beyond excited about his upcoming venture into films! With his electrifying stage presence and captivating music, it is no surprise to see him expanding his talents onto the big screen. Bad Bunny is ready to step into the cinematic realm with his upcoming project, which promises an exciting change for his fans. He will be joining forces with renowned director Darren Aronofsky on his latest movie titled “Caught Stealing.”
As mentioned by Deadline, I am thrilled to announce that I’ve joined the cast of the upcoming movie. This project is set to be a captivating venture by Sony Pictures within the crime thriller genre.
According to reports, the upcoming film is based on a book written by Charlie Huston. Not only will Huston be responsible for the script, but Protozoa will also produce it. The story revolves around Hank Thomson, a former baseball player portrayed by Austin Butler, who unexpectedly finds himself embroiled in a life-or-death struggle amidst the criminal underworld of 90’s New York City.
At present, we are unaware of Bad Bunny’s role in the film. Alongside the singer, Butler, Zoe Kravitz, Matt Smith, Regina King, Liev Schreiber, and Will Brill are also part of the cast, as reported by the media outlet.
Forthcoming project marks the collaboration between the vocalist and Sony once again, as the studio launched Bad Bunny’s acting career with his role in Bullet Train alongside Brad Pitt, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and others.
In the year 2021, he made his screen debut with the widely recognized series Narcos: Mexico, available on Netflix. Additionally, he appeared in the film Cassandro, which featured Gael Garcia Bernal as well. This movie had its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.
The artist from Dakiti is preparing to don the hat of an executive producer as he takes on the role for the television adaptation of “They Both Die at the End,” a novel written by Adam Silvera. According to reports, this production is scheduled to premiere on Netflix.
From my perspective as a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that I completed the 46-stop Most Wanted Tour, my musical journey. It appears this tour smashed records, selling over 700,000 tickets, and generating approximately USD 208 million in revenue across sixteen venues. Truly an unforgettable experience!
His recent album, “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Manana,” made its entry as the top-ranked album on the Billboard 200 chart. It also broke records as the most streamed album in one day and one week on Spotify, becoming the year’s most popular listening choice.
