Rumors about the potential Avengers: Doomsday movie continue to circulate, and now there’s conflicting information about a key detail: will the film include multiple versions of Doctor Doom, potentially even female ones?
Daniel RPK Says “Multiple Dooms” and Females
According to entertainment insider Daniel RPK, the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie will feature multiple versions of Doctor Doom, and won’t only include the main one from the Marvel Cinematic Universe as portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.
The rumor suggests the story will feature several different versions of Doctor Doom, including female ones. Many believe this direction reflects a disappointing pattern from Marvel Studios since the Endgame movie, leading to a decline in the quality of their projects.

Nerdrotic Shoots It Down
YouTuber Nerdrotic disputed RPK’s statement, calling it completely false in a pair of tweets.
Nerdrotic has stated that the established female heroes from the Marvel Cinematic Universe won’t be featured in the upcoming Doomsday project, specifically mentioning that this includes:
- Brie Larson (Captain Marvel)
- Tatiana Maslany (She-Hulk)
- Dominique Thorne (Ironheart)
This aligns with previous discussions suggesting Doomsday will focus on the X-Men, different versions of the Avengers from across the multiverse, and Doctor Doom. It won’t feature characters primarily from Disney+ shows or less popular actors from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Release info

I’m so excited for this movie – it’s the start of a huge two-part finale that’s going to explore the multiverse! And get this – the second movie, called Secret Wars, isn’t coming out until December 17th, 2027. It’s going to be a long wait, but I have a feeling it’ll be worth it!
