Prior to the worldwide release, I stumbled upon content for Persona 5: The Phantom X online and kept a watchful eye on it as I grew more interested in it. As I learned more about it, I came to the realization that this could be the gacha game that would finally capture my attention. Unlike some games that take a favorite title and strip it down to a simplified version resembling an auto-battler (such as Octopath Traveler: Champions of Chaos), Persona 5: The Phantom X could convincingly be seen as essentially Persona 5 part 2.

The title “Through the Still, Frost-Covered Night” offers a glimpse into the lives of the Frostmoon Scions, a group who have dwelled within the lands of Nod-Krai for such a lengthy period that they can recall a time when Teyvat was graced with multiple moons. Previously hinted at in an earlier teaser about Nod-Krai narrated by Alice.

The iconic “Late Show” has come to an end. An official announcement from CBS, initially published in Variety, offers insight into why the program will no longer be airing permanently.

However, don’t be fooled: The arrival of character Ineffa in Version 6.0 will unveil numerous secrets and folklore for Nod-Krai, our next destination. This includes moon mythology, a reference to a specific Fatui Harbinger, as well as the summer festival that offers a glimpse into the Mare Jivari, one of the longstanding mysteries since the game’s beginning. It’s all shaping up!

In the role as the lone newcomer, all focus will shift towards Ineffa – the pioneering character hailing from the forthcoming region, Nod-Krai. Being the initial inorganic character within the game, she stands out significantly compared to the typical denizens of Teyvat, as she is an ancient robot. Simultaneously, players can anticipate a series of reappearing banners showcasing established characters from the past.
