FORBIDDEN FRUITS Is a Campy, Tasty, and Witchy Horror Comedy Romp (Review)

Apple, played by Lili Reinhart, is the dominant personality both at work and within their mysterious group. She’s captivating and alluring, but also potentially dangerous. Fig, portrayed by Alexandra Shipp, lives up to her name – incredibly sweet, but less intense than those around her. She’s intelligent, ambitious, and keeps her private life guarded. Cherry, played by Victoria Pedretti, is a natural people-pleaser with a cheerful facade that hides a profound sadness stemming from a past heartbreak.

Energy’s Quiet Corners

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD +0.89%) and Enbridge (ENB +0.85%) offer a different sort of engagement. They aren’t concerned with the volatile dance of crude, but with the steady, almost unnoticed work of moving energy. They own the pipes, the infrastructure, and collect a fee for the passage of oil and gas. A toll, if you will. It’s a less glamorous pursuit, certainly, but perhaps a more…reliable one. The volume, it seems, is the constant, while the price is merely a distraction.

Actors Who Secretly Pay Millions in Settlements

The star of ‘Two and a Half Men’ quietly settled several legal disputes concerning his personal life and health. These deals, which reportedly cost him millions of dollars over several years, were intended to keep the details private. Legal professionals believe these payments significantly contributed to a decline in his wealth. He’s a well-known case study of how celebrities use confidential legal settlements in the entertainment industry.

Robert Pattinson DUNE: PART THREE First-Look Image Confirms Scytale Role

As we’ve discussed previously, Scytale is a skilled manipulator allied with formidable foes of Paul Atreides. What makes him particularly dangerous is that he’s a Tleilaxu Face Dancer – a shape-shifter recently introduced in HBO’s Dune: Prophecy. His part in Dune: Messiah is significantly larger than that of his predecessor in the prequel series. He’s also a more clever enemy than Paul faced against the Harkonnens in the first two Dune films directed by Villeneuve.

Amazon’s Week: Drones, Bugs, & Investor Zen

Apparently, drones decided to redecorate some of Amazon’s Middle Eastern data centers. And then, a software glitch decided to throw a little chaos into the online shopping experience. Oh, and their AI tools? Let’s just say they’re still learning the difference between “helpful code” and “digital confetti.” It’s like a tech support fever dream. And yet, the market barely blinked. I’m half expecting Jeff Bezos to emerge in a silk robe, dispensing zen koans about resilience.

Momentum’s Fade: A $12 Million Exit

They unloaded 101,997 shares. That ETF, the one chasing whatever’s already going up. Seems reasonable, doesn’t it? Like a dog chasing its tail. The paperwork says it was worth about $12 million, calculated using the average price from the last quarter. They still held onto some, about 205,401 shares, worth roughly $23.9 million. A lot of money. Enough to make you wonder about the universe, and then realize you’re out of milk.

Pop Stars Who Secretly Despise Their Biggest Hit Songs

Miley Cyrus’s 2009 hit ‘Party in the U.S.A.’ quickly became one of her signature songs, but surprisingly, she doesn’t connect with it personally. She’s said the upbeat, pop sound doesn’t reflect her as an artist or her musical taste. Cyrus has often tried to move away from the image she had during her time on Disney, and this song is a big part of that earlier period. While she still sings it for her fans, she emphasizes it doesn’t represent the kind of music she likes to create.
