Ubisoft hasn’t officially said anything about bringing *Assassin’s Creed Shadows* to the next Nintendo Switch, but the well-known French website Dealabs is reporting that it will be released on December 5, 2025.
The report indicates a physical copy of the game will be released, including the game card itself. Dealabs estimates the price will be approximately €50, though they haven’t been able to verify this yet.
Recently, a French store mistakenly published details about the Switch 2 version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows online. The listing revealed the game’s cover art and indicated it would be sold as a game card, rather than a physical disc or digital download.
So, Assassin’s Creed Shadows finally dropped after a bit of a wait – it came out on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S earlier this year. Honestly, people seem to really like it! Critics and fans are both giving it good marks, and it looks like it’s been a big win for the folks who made it, which is awesome to see.
