According to Labcorp’s findings, Elon Musk’s likelihood of being the father is almost certain, at 99.9999%. In February 2025, St. Clair disclosed on X (formerly Twitter) that she and Musk had given birth to a baby boy several months prior. At that time, she stated her decision to keep the news private was to safeguard their child’s privacy and security, but asserted that media scrutiny compelled her to reveal it. Despite this announcement, Musk, who now has 14 children with four different women, did not acknowledge the news at first. However, recent court documents and test results presented in a new Wall Street Journal report have seemingly put an end to the conjecture surrounding his paternity.

Saint Clair expressed her desire for Romulus to grow up in a “regular and secure setting” and asked news outlets to honor their privacy. However, despite this plea, headlines once more erupted in March when Saint Clair was caught on video selling her Tesla Model S. In conversation with the Daily Mail, she explained that the sale was prompted by a “60% reduction in child support that Elon had made for our son.

“Though I’m not certain if it’s my child or not, I have already given Ashley $2.5 million and will provide her with $500,000 annually.”

With the paternity being established, Romulus becomes an official part of Musk’s expanding and frequently newsworthy family.
