We’ve been eagerly awaiting news about Tides of Annihilation, the action game set in an alternate Arthurian universe, and now we have a great first look at the upcoming PlayStation 5 title.
In this game, you play as Gwendolyn in a broken version of London that’s been taken over by the Knights of the Round Table.
She’s on a mission to find the Holy Grail, hoping to save her sister and heal the world, but she’ll definitely encounter obstacles along the way.
The trailer introduces Tyronoe, a witch with the ability to change her form. She uses magical shields to defend herself against the main character.
Wow, that four-minute trailer was incredible! The boss fight was just amazing – the way the villain kept shifting between different worlds was so cool, and it really messed with Gwendolyn, making it hard for her to get a hit in. It was a really dynamic and visually stunning battle!

To defeat Tyronoe’s magic and win, you’ll need to use the skills of Sir Lamorak, a powerful knight from the stories of King Arthur.
This feature is part of a larger battle system in the game called Dual Frontline Battle. It lets you summon ghostly knights to help you in combat, and we’ll be revealing more well-known mythological figures who will appear as these knights soon.
Frankly, we’re in love with this.
The visual style is fantastic, and the overall presentation is as impressive as games like God of War.
We don’t have a release date for this project yet, but we’re really excited about what we’ve seen!
