Denver stressed her intention to portray the character genuinely and give her a fair representation. She hinted at injecting her “vibrancy” into the well-known character, with hopes of providing an enjoyable experience for the audience.
Apart from showing appreciation for being involved in this cherished series, the actress also mentioned it was an unprecedented experience for her. She further stated, “I’ve never been part of anything like this before.” The second season of The Last of Us is scheduled to premiere around April 2025.
