Dan Erickson is overseeing Severance Season Three as showrunner, but Ben Stiller will not be directing any episodes.

Erickson and Stiller have said that four seasons were always their initial plan, so any continuation depends on their decision. While a fifth season is up in the air, there’s talk of potential spin-offs or prequel series, which would also be great.
