As it happened, she and Timberlake were under the weather during the performance, making an already challenging scenario even more demanding.
In simpler terms, the actress from Pitch Perfect admitted that she found working with Timberlake particularly challenging due to his exceptional pop music skills, which she considers him one of the best in the industry. She expressed this by saying, “He’s such a nice guy, and we were both really unwell. But he is truly one of the greatest pop recording artists ever.
She mentioned that they created a quite straightforward interpretation of True Colors, and they continuously practiced it, practiced it, and practiced it.
