I loved seeing these photos my mom took of me while I was getting ready for a trip! It’s funny because the last picture is from the trip itself. Schumer recently discussed her weight loss, sharing that she lost 50 pounds. She explained her motivation wasn’t about appearances, saying, “It wasn’t to look good, though that is nice, but to improve my health and well-being.”

She shared that she had been dealing with Cushing syndrome, a health issue that can lead to weight gain, high blood pressure, and swelling in the face. She explained, “I had a serious illness that caused a lot of facial puffiness and could have been fatal, but people online noticed it and I’ve since recovered.” She also mentioned she used the medication Mounjaro to help with weight loss, adding, “I apologize if my weight loss bothers anyone.”
