‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’ (2001)

Okay, so I just saw this one, and it’s a classic race-against-time adventure. Daniel Craig, Iain Glen, and even Jon Voight pop up along the way to help – or maybe hinder! The film is visually stunning, with incredible sets, over-the-top mansions packed with gadgets, and some seriously nail-biting sequences involving daring dives into ancient vaults. It’s not going to reinvent the wheel, but it’s a solid, escapist adventure that drops on Paramount+ November 1, 2025. Think of it as a fun addition to their library.

He ends up mentoring a young analyst, and it makes him think about all the things he’s given up because of his lifestyle. The cast is amazing – George Clooney, Vera Farmiga, and Anna Kendrick – and it seems like it really explores the little moments of life on the road, like dealing with hotel points and the impact of sudden job losses. Okay, so I’m really excited about this new series, “Legacy.” It’s a family saga, basically tracking a powerful guy building his empire across New York and Nevada, but it also flashes back to how his father, an immigrant, rose to power and became a major player. Al Pacino plays the son in the present day, and Robert De Niro is absolutely fantastic as the father in the past. The story jumps all over the place – from Havana to Lake Tahoe – and it seems like even as this guy achieves success, it comes at a real cost, leaving him increasingly alone. ‘Superstar’ (1999)

Okay, so I just saw this film, and it’s a really charming story about a girl named Mary Katherine Gallagher – played brilliantly by Molly Shannon – who’s determined to make it as a performer. She’s a bit of an oddball, but she uses that to her advantage as she competes in a big talent show. It’s a classic underdog story, dealing with all the self-doubt and competition you’d expect, but ultimately it’s about embracing who you are and going for it. Jack Nicholson is fantastic as Jake Gittes, this really sharp detective, and he has amazing chemistry with Faye Dunaway, who plays this mysterious, captivating woman. John Huston’s presence really adds to the atmosphere – you feel like the whole city is built on shady deals and a desperate need for water. The way they use the imagery of reservoirs and these complicated shell companies is brilliant – the clues are right there, but you have to really look. As the seasons change, long-held secrets begin to surface. It will be available to stream on Paramount+ starting November 1, 2025, as part of their library of films.
‘Assassin Club’ (2023)

Okay, so I just heard about this new movie, and it sounds wild. It’s about a top-tier hitman who takes a job only to discover his targets aren’t just anyone – they’re all other incredibly skilled assassins! Apparently, they’ve been hired to take each other out. The trailer shows Henry Golding, Noomi Rapace, Daniela Melchior, and even Sam Neill running around all over the place – through busy streets, fancy nightclubs, and these super secure villas. From what I gather, it’s a really twisty, unpredictable game with lots of fake-outs and changing rules. It’s landing on Paramount+ on November 1st, 2025, and I’m already marking my calendar!
‘The Terminal’ (2004)

I’m really excited about this new film! It tells the story of a man, Viktor Navorski, played by Tom Hanks, who gets stuck at JFK airport when his home country suddenly falls apart and his travel papers are no longer good. He basically has to create a life for himself inside the airport – among the shops, restaurants, and all the hidden areas. It sounds like a beautiful story about how you can find both frustrating red tape and genuine human connection in the most unexpected places. It’s coming to Paramount+ on November 1st, 2025, and I can’t wait to add it to my watchlist!
‘Ghost’ (1990)

Okay, so I’m really excited about this one! It’s the story of a guy who, even after he’s murdered, stays around as a spirit to look after his loved one and figure out who did him wrong. You’ve got Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore, which is already a win, and Whoopi Goldberg plays this amazing psychic who ends up being crucial to solving the mystery. There are these really iconic scenes – pottery, learning to ride the subway – and it all builds to this incredibly moving goodbye that connects the living and the dead. It’s going to be available to stream on Paramount+ starting November 1, 2025, and I can’t wait to revisit it!
‘Queen Bees’ (2021)

Okay, so I just saw this charming film, and let me tell you, it’s a delightful story about a woman, played brilliantly by Ellen Burstyn, who’s forced to temporarily move into a retirement community while her house is being fixed. She’s a bit of a rebel, and immediately butts heads with the established group of residents. But things take a lovely turn when she unexpectedly finds romance! Burstyn is fantastic, and the supporting cast – featuring James Caan, Ann Margret, Jane Curtin, Loretta Devine, and Christopher Lloyd – are all wonderful. It’s funny, heartwarming, and shows that it’s never too late for second chances – or a little bit of playful rivalry over the bridge table! You can stream it on Paramount+ starting November 7, 2025 – it’s a great addition to their library.
‘Youth in Revolt’ (2010)

When a shy, bookish teen falls for a girl, he creates a confident alter ego to win her over, especially after life pulls them in different directions. Michael Cera brilliantly plays both versions of this character, while Portia Doubleday, Jean Smart, and Zach Galifianakis add unexpected twists to his journey. His attempts at reinvention, involving road trips and fake identities, inevitably lead to trouble. You can stream it on Paramount+ starting November 9, 2025.
‘Wakefield’ (2017)

A high-achieving lawyer secretly struggles with a personal crisis and isolates himself in his garage, observing his family from afar. Bryan Cranston provides narration as the man grapples with his self-imposed exile, while Jennifer Garner portrays the life he’s left behind. Over months, he contemplates whether to reconnect with his family or disappear completely. The series will be available on Paramount+ starting November 19, 2025, as part of their expanding content library.
‘Rocketman’ (2019)

I was completely captivated watching the story of Elton John unfold on screen! It’s incredible to see how he went from being a remarkably talented child to the global superstar he is today, all brought to life through stunning performances of his iconic songs. Taron Egerton truly embodies him! The film beautifully shows how his early collaborations, his willingness to constantly reinvent himself, and even his struggles with addiction, all shaped his amazing career. You really get a sense of his journey through scenes set in recording studios, glimpses of his dazzling costumes, and the energy of his sold-out concerts. I can’t wait for everyone to experience it when it starts streaming on Paramount+ on November 21, 2025.
‘The Road’ (2009)

After an unknown disaster leaves America in ruins, a father and son journey across the country, desperately seeking food, shelter, and hope. The series follows Viggo Mortensen and Kodi Smit McPhee as they navigate constant threats, relying on salvaged supplies and difficult decisions to survive. Moments of kindness offer them small glimmers of hope along the way. It will be available to stream on Paramount+ starting November 25, 2025, as part of the platform’s library.
‘A Paw Patrol Christmas’ (2025)

The pups from ‘PAW Patrol’ are on a snowy rescue mission to save the holidays in Adventure Bay! With festive decorations, special gadgets, and the help of Ryder and friends, they’ll need teamwork to succeed. This new seasonal special will be available to stream on Paramount+ starting November 28, 2025, and it’s perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
